After over a decade of career mentorship experience spanning CPG and healthcare, I finally took the leap to focus on what really lights me up: people. I left the corporate world to pursue my dream of helping highly ambitious marketers figure out how to pursue what's next for them.

As a Co-Active Trained coach, I coach CPG marketers to package their expertise so they can switch industries and find more meaning and flexibility in their lives. How coaching works

Start the work

We’ll kick off with a complimentary 30 minute session to meet and discuss what a coaching partnership could look like together. From here, we’ll determine a cadence to meet and the right package to move forward with. We’ll begin our partnership with a deep dive Foundation Session where we’ll evaluate higher order goals and get into the good stuff.

Coaching process

We’ll meet virtually for 60 minute sessions. Your program will kick off with foundational work including goal setting + a full deep dive evaluation of your values, strengths, career history and passions. For our free-form sessions, you’ll bring the topic; I’ll bring powerful questions to help expand perspectives or help you feel ‘unstuck' in either a professional or personal circumstance. I will relentlessly challenge and champion you to bring you closer to your goals. You’ll have homework after each session which will continue to deepen the work between sessions. We’ll stay connected and have follow-ups throughout.
